最近少玩遊戲都看國內外自媒體Youtuber居多,看了蠻多影片介紹老遊戲的
我個人極少玩英文或日文RPG遊戲,但看畫面遊戲性和劇情好像真的還不賴

房價不會降的三大理由:
1.貸款利息轉嫁,貸款500萬10年要還100萬利息,下一手倒楣房價上漲
2.工作地點機會很難移動,所以只能越買越遠,池塘很大但餵餌的地方才有魚
3.政府在北部每600m興建造價昂貴捷運站,遠的地方不是沒捷運就是通勤時間
過長(超過45分鐘,因為距離很近的站點每站都停),所以吸納10倍工作機會
的台北市方圓20km的地方還是會很貴,遑論中壢以北/七堵以南,不含淡水宜蘭
