我覺得你也許不夠了解Francis..
坦白講,Francis就是一個情緒化的人,也是一個會直接表達情緒的人
所以當初Francis在知道要被要被交易到魔術時,擺出一副抵死不從的態度
但在魔術老闆跟Weisbrod跟Francis長談之後,Francis就改變了初衷
也認真的希望在新環境可以表現的更好
同樣的,在這次交易他也表現了這樣的風格,你不可能讓他在失去自己的家人之後
不作任何情緒化的回應,但只要你的方向是對的,他會跟你站在同一邊
教練跟隊友也都認為小法的情緒是一時的,他會從這次交易中復原
擺濫?! 相信我,一個擁有尊嚴的球員不會允許自己這麼作

對,所以當Carter曾經表態想來魔術的時候,Weisbrod第一時間回絕了暴龍跟Carter
的提議,他說的很簡單'Carter是一個很棒的球員,但Francis是個鬥士,我是Francis
的球迷'
這樣的GM會有什麼迷思嗎,或者說你從他的作為看到他不計代價追求天份嗎
從暑假到目前的作為看起來,他有一個固定的思維,心智的成熟比天份還重要
他要一群會為球隊拼盡全力的人替他打球.

從教練到Hill都肯定Doug的能力,我想是不用太過多慮了

當你知道Weisbrod在薪資上跟球隊現有需求上,已經作出了一個不犧牲未來

你不會下這樣的的結論
認真的思考一下,明年你真的要給Mobley一張大型的合約嗎
對一個明顯身高有劣勢的球員,而且又將滿三十歲
即使是火箭時期,JVG也不覺得Mobley就一定是跟Francis搭配的最佳解
JVG曾經想讓Cat回到第六人的位置,但現實是,火箭就是找不出人
能讓JJ,Cat,Francis休息,所以最後你就只看到這三個人幾乎打滿全場

Doug在團隊防守跟個人防守都有不錯的評價,可不是所謂大鎖這樣的形容詞就能帶過
的球員,Hill曾經說過:"整支球隊可能就剩下Stacey Augmon一個人是把防守放在腦袋裡
了' 在過去輸球的比賽球員也不只一次的檢討,球隊在進攻上衝過頭,老是想著用進攻
毆倒對手,這個時候一個能不斷提醒隊友注意防守細節,然後指揮隊友作好防守上的球員
正是我們需要的,所以我們才需要Doug

一個教練還是需要適當的材料來配合,不然你把活塞的雙蛙拿掉試試
教練設計戰術也要看場上球員的執行度如何,球員又不是機器
總是會有犯錯的時候,所以一個能在場上領導隊友的球員才這麼難得

實際上這個版有多少人知道Davis在這組教練團當中負責的角色呢
有的教練善於畫戰術板,有的教練善於人和,有的教練長於臨場調度
有的教練則強調賽前準備,能不能告訴我,Davis是一個怎樣的教練呢
如果你的答案跟我一樣是不知道,那何不給Davis多點寬容呢

在季初,魔術正準備大刀闊斧大修陣容的時候,有多少名教頭願意賭上自己的聲名
來投入魔術不可知的未來呢,實際上就是沒有,加上Weisbrod對於陣容就是有自己的想法
找來一個所謂的名教頭也許只是更增不必要的摩擦而已
在GM強勢的領導下,魔術需要的總教練是怎樣的總教練其實是值得深思的

對Weisbrod多點信心吧,在季初的GM投票中,魔術再補強最成功的評比上
只輸給同區的熱火跟西區的爵士,回頭來檢視結果,其實可以給Weisbrod多點掌聲
Riley更是曾稱讚魔術是今年東區的黑馬之一
其實他已經作的很好,而這只是這個傢伙當GM的第一個球季而已
