請問一般的公司有沒有 probation period ?
有一個朋友和我說 (高科技業)
most of the companies has 3 months probation period
我現在的疑問是...
在 probation period 之中有什麼不同? (像是保險, paid vacation 等等)
最後一個問題是 如果有這個period 薪資是怎麼計算?
因為造理說offer應該在進去之前就談好
