在學校的網站上看到的資訊是
如果是跟課程相關的似乎沒有時間的限制
"Employment which is part of your degree program.
If you are a graduate student maintaining lawful F-1 student status,
and if the proposed employment is a required part of your studies,
you may apply for permission to engage in curricular practical training
at any time."
其他情況則有時間的限制
"Employment which is not a required part of your degree program.
In order to be eligible to apply for permission to work
which is not required part of your study program,
you must have completed nine months of full-time study
in order to be eligible for any time of curricular practical training."
網站上也有提供資訊說到CPT Summer可以工作40小時，如果H-1能夠在十月生效的話，
到時可以改用H-1而不是CPT了...
請問薪水的限制是指?
如果工作40小時不能就拿每個月的月薪嗎?
希望有前輩可以指導說明，或版上的朋友們一起討論。
我花了不少時間在找資料，但是沒有一個前例可是讓我充份了解這個狀況。
簡單說我也只不過是希望能有個方法在H-1 Gap那段時間工作。
(我的OPT六月中到期，不希望那三個月半成為有可能被解雇的因素。)
