我有個朋友是還在當兵的時候(碩士畢業)就有美國公司來台灣給他 offer
退伍之後他就直接拿 H1 到美國上班, 然後幫他伸請綠卡
我想比較正常的管道是在台灣拿到 offer 才來美國的吧
當然也是有找藉口拿 B1 來美國然後再找工作的
