其實還有一個方法 用L1簽証進來 但是要一年

就是該公司有海外分部 然後有一定規模
所以你必須要被那公司在美國以外的分公司local hire
一年之後就可以拿L1 visa進來 跳過H1 然後也可以申請綠卡
但是前提是 公司有白紙黑字 一年後真的會讓你回來
所以這也是有風險的啦
