Company: Groundhog Technologies Inc. Position: Onsite Support & Assistant Project Manager Main responsibilities - Support one of our key national clients. This position will be based at our Client's facility located in Atlanta - Onsite support and management of Groundhog system - Project implementation and control - Engineering coordination, procurement support, change management, estimating and project progress reporting. - Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. - Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. - Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. - Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. - Customer support technical and process documentation - Technical training to customers Educational Qualification Bachelor degree or college diploma in CS/EE or related engineering fields Knowledge/Skills - Basic Telecom call flow/ signaling (Circuit Switch, Packet Switch and VOIP signaling) - Good communication skills and documentation skills - Good problem solving and problem management capability - Excellent customer service skills, good oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged. - Ability to prioritize and work independently - Familiar with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications family - Microsoft SQL server and/or Oracle Server knowledge is a plus - Fluent spoken and written Mandarin is a plus Contact: Lynn Lin (lynnlin@ghtinc.com) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.90.77
