Hello Sorry I can not type in Chinese now. I have a tax question. Last year, I lived in CA for full year. Although I work for two jobs. 9.5 months for a CA company , regular job (I received W2). 2.5 months for a NJ company, contractor position (I received 1099-misc) My question is the 1099 is from NJ state, although I didn't live there. How do I file my forms? Do I file W2 to CA, and then 1099 to both CA and NJ then claim credit back from CA? (How do I claim?) Please help me with this question..thank you..
