各為大家好
小弟預計今年暑假畢業拿到碩士學位
目前是full-time實習身分
公司本有意幫我辦H-1
但是我表明我是明年才需要這簽證
不過今天確定今年度不用抽籤
不管是普通還是碩士以上的名額都還沒滿
所以想要利用今年度比較有機會申請上的情況先申請H-1
爬了精華區發現 在教育要求方面 好像不用畢業也可以申請
以下是節錄
Educational Documents: Copies of all university-level and post-gradu\
ate educational documents (diplomas, transcripts, marksheets). Primary and
secondary school documents are not needed. If your degree has not yet been
issued, provide official transcripts and a letter from the university
confirming that all degree requirements for the degree have been completed,
including the submission and defense of thesis, if required, and that you
will graduate on [date].
在這情況下 我的做法有兩種
第一
暑假畢業後 碩士以上如未滿 直接申請
但是有暑假之前額滿的疑慮
第二
利用還未額滿之前 先申請到再說
(採用學士學歷或是,準碩士畢業文件)
請問各位
第二個方法有人是過其可行性嗎?
