通常如果是新加坡外資/MNC公司比較可以談到如上的參考年薪,若是本地公司通常沒有這麼高.

推 dropsical:相同的條件,在台資公司,年薪只有上面的一半;另外在Spore

推 viper2000:看上面的survey,大概在S$111K-S$150K,這是幾個月的算法?
推 dropsical:global pay就是包房包電話包通勤包家庭包xx甚麼都包了;
→ dropsical:local pay就是把你當本地人給你薪水,頂多通勤加給.
→ dropsical:新加坡分紅算固定;一年基本上應該都會有一個月的aws
→ dropsical:有人是說要用14or15個月算,我是覺得/13差不多.
→ dropsical:光是在CBD租一個單位的condo,就有可能S$6k/m起跳
→ dropsical:所以allowance一定要談清楚
