I am writing to follow up with you regarding your H-1B cap-subject petition
filing. USCIS has announced that it is still completing data entry for cases
selected under this year’s lottery. USCIS has advised that it will first
complete data entry for Premium Processed cases and expects to complete same
by April 15, 2013.
Data entry for non-Premium Processing cases will begin after all Premium
Processing cases are entered. USCIS has advised that it will complete data
entry for non-Premium Processing cases sometime in May. Rejection notices
for petitions not selected in the lottery will be sent after all data entry
has been completed.
While we have started receiving some H-1B Receipt Notices, we expect receipts
for cases selected under this year’s cap will continue to trickle in over
the next several weeks.
但我身邊申請premium的人幾乎都拿到消息了，沒拿到就有點不妙。
非premium的申請者可能要等到五月才知道
