1,800,000 is After Tax minimum payment. Up to ambitons and performance, employee can expect bonus. Some of employee doubles his income in one yea
the company permits those foreign workers NOT to join institutional insurance & pensions and, thus, employee can enjoy 1,800,000 JPY as their income on their hands. I think most of those employee join individual health insurace costing approximately 10,000 JPY per one month.
