Position Title：Android Developer
(short-term, 3,6 months or 1 year)
Location： Cupertino, San Francisco, US
Our Client focus is in the convergence of user-driven applications, mobile
computing, cloud services, and smart devices & platforms. Their software
expertise is centered around a vision where software is ubiquitous and can be
accessed from anything with a screen, anywhere in the world, in any language
and experience that users choose.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or better in Computer Science or related field
2. 5+ years professional experience in software development
3. 3+ years experience android application development
4. Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design and functional
programming
5. Computer Science fundamentals in data structures
6. Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and
complexity analysis
7. Proficiency in the Java programming language.
8. Experience of developing applications for multiple types of android devices
9. Proficiency in common android UI practice and strong ability to create
customized UI components
10. Experience of application porting from other mobile platform
11. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & common
practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding
standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing,
and operations
12. Experience influencing software engineers best practices within your team
13. Hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies, typically ranging from
front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all points in
between
