Position：Hotel Guest Relations Officer and aim to hire the candidates who hav
e experience as Flight Attendant.

Job Duties
Approach guest in the lobby and associated areas to provide outstanding servic
e
Answer guests‘ inquires and provide guests with a variety of information rela
ted to Resort Hotel
Coordinate guest requests for reservations in tickets, restaurants, tours, hot
el facilities, activities, and transportation.
Ensure all cashiering transactions are entered timely and accurately

Requirement
Height: female 163cm or above / male 173cm or above is preferred
At least 1 year experience as Flight Attendant
Have a well-groomed, professional appearance and good attitude for customer se
rvice
Provide full-length photograph and portrait photo
Fluent in Mandarin and English

Other Information
6 days a week;  24/7 shift schedule
Around MOP16,000 – 19,000  (housing allowance included) depend on job experie
nce and qualification
