Former Pacers forward Shawne Williams has been arrested in Memphis after
police found a loaded gun and marijuana in his car.
Police say Williams and former University of Memphis teammate Kareem Cooper
were pulled over on Friday because Williams wasn't wearing a seat belt.
Williams was also charged with driving without a license.
The Pacers took Williams in the first round of the 2006 NBA Draft. After two
seasons in Indiana, he was traded to Dallas.
In January 2009, the Mavericks sent him home to Memphis.
