我翻了一下 RFC 1738

email address 的部份應該是 3.5 MAILTO
文件中說
A mailto URL takes the form:
mailto:<rfc822-addr-spec>
而根據我對 RFC 822 的了解
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc0822.txt?number=822
addr-spec = local-part "@" domain
而 local-part 可以是任何 ascii code (0-127) 所組成
除了specials: ( ) < > @ , ; : \ " . [ ]
space(32), ASCII control character(0-31), DEL(127)
或者 local-part 也可以是 quoted-string, ex "xxxx"
所以按照規定 email 是可以用底線的
ooo_ooo@oooo.ooo.oo 也就是說 這是個合法的 email address
