Honestly, I don't think you really want to install .66f.
This was not officially released. There isn't actually supposed to be a link.
It was targeted build for a particular user dealing with an mpeg AC3 issue.
The user posted on the forum for picard that the changes fixed the AC3 issue,
which accidently got everyone assuming .66f was the latest official release
for download.
While .66f did fix the mpeg issue,
other aspects were broken in the process (notably, .avi support).
If it weren't for that, a .66f link would probably be up on the test site for
everyone already.
If you're using .66e now, you've got the latest working test release.
Picard is working hard on a 1.0 release,
and I know it will be well worth the short wait.

Picard mentioned a new release will be soon...
Look for MANY changes including the further removal of third party GPL code.
TCPMP is now 100% done by Picard
(other then FFMPEG and the submitted language files).
We are also replacing the MAD decoder,
the FFMPEG AC3 decoder and the non-compiled AAC (FFAD2 based) decoder.
More details to follow.
