你改了一堆無關的東西...

如果你只是要 /~cake/ 能正常 rewrite 的話...

app/.htaccess 加上
RewriteBase /~cake/

app/webroot/.htaccess 加上
RewriteBase /~cake/webroot/

就可以了....
