標題[請益] Ubuntu內fopen開https(不用curl)

因為某些問題不能用curl，
然而在Ubuntu 12.04上用fopen開https的網頁似乎會有
PHP Warning: fopen(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error
messages:
error:14077410:SSL routines:func(119):reason(1040)
這個錯誤回報，請問該如何解決呢？感謝！
