The third week gets spelled out Monday, when spine disorder specialist
Dr. Christopher Huston will re-examine Lopez. Lopez has been ruled out
for the Suns' final regular-season games Tuesday and Wednesday.
He won't go to Utah on Wednesday but will travel with the team in the
playoffs regardless of whether he is cleared or put on the playoff
roster Thursday.

player (behind Shaquille O'Neal and Kurt Thomas), spent Wednesday
getting 17 points and eight rebounds against San Antonio and was
assigned Friday to guard NBA scoring leader Kevin Durant, who is 21.
