Dowdell was waived Tuesday morning after being unable to participate in
training camp due to pain under his right kneecap. Price arrived in Phoenix
on Tuesday, signed a contract and joined the day's second practice at Grand
Canyon University.

Price, 28, has played six NBA seasons, starting in Sacramento for two years
before moving to Utah for the past four. He was an undrafted player out of
Utah Valley but has become a well-regarded defender with athleticism at 6
feet 2.

In his first comments on the Suns' signings, Suns President of Basketball
Operations Lon Babby said Shannon Brown's choice to sign a one-year,
$3.5million deal was a "bet on himself," that the Suns could catch "lightning
in a bottle" with Telfair's one-year, $1.5 million contract and that Grant
Hill would have a role with the Suns beyond retirement if he wants.

跟Telfair則是希望能找到一點驚奇（lightning in a bottle）
Hill的話則是如果他本人願意 太陽可以是他退休前找到自己定位跟角色的地方

Hill took the longest to land, eventually agreeing to a one-year, $6.5million
deal.

"Grant did an outstanding job of torturing me," Babby said of negotiations
with the man he represented as an agent for 15 years. "... It's a credit to
him, that at 39 years old, he just had an enormous amount of interest (from
other teams). "

Babby評論跟Hill協商的過程說到:

「Hill在折磨我這點上做得非常好，他在聯盟打滾１５年了，建立起自己的信用
在３９歲的高齡，他仍對聯盟其他球隊來說有著非常巨大的吸引力。」
