Phoenix Suns look to solve scoring woes
Slower-moving squad averaging 11.2 fewer points than last season

night's loss at San Antonio.

addressed adequately in the off-season but needs to be answered if the Suns
are going to end their four-game losing streak Tuesday night at Chicago.

There is little wrong with how Nash and Gortat, each coming off injuries, are
playing, but having the NBA's top passer (Nash, 10.1 assists per game) and

wrong with the offense. The Suns are scoring 11.2 fewer points per game than
last season, don't have a top-50 NBA scorer for a second consecutive season
and play at a slower pace.

of them over the past two seasons. Frye missed all seven of his shots Sunday.
Dudley has re-emerged, making 52 percent of his shots in the past six games.
Lopez has made 10 of 31 shots since his 21-point season opener and has not
made a shot during the four-game skid.

came to the Suns hoping for the Nash booster effect to his efficiency, but he
spends most of his time playing with backup Ronnie Price, who has played well
the past two games with 15 assists and all-out effort.

would get layups and dunks. To be in a half-court situation so often is not
good."

has allowed 66.8 points per game at home this season.
