[問題]請問為什麼C不支援nested routine?

想請問為什麼C不能nested routine?
CFL不是可以parse 這種 grammar 嗎?

nested routine的優點又是什麼呢
看了wiki

並沒有很詳細的提到nested routine的優點與缺點


還有nested routine 的scoping
是算dynamic scoping 嗎
