The 4th APPS registeration rules have been changed to the system written below.
Please follow the rules written displayed below until May15.
1.We can only place 130 delegates. However we can accept only a maximum of 20
delegates per country.
2.We follow a strict first come first served rule.
3.We will notify you about further registeration after we have processed what
we have recieved by May 15th.
We quit the batch application by contacting Person. Everything is made only
application by the individual. Because it is difficult when 20 people are
exceeded when the group application is done
