2. sciatica (radiation to right foot lateral side) L45 radiculopathy
3. peroneal n. palsy
4. acute ankle sprain and swelling
5. myofacial pain with trapezius m. tightness
6. CVA with right hemiparesis (dorsiflexor weakness)
hand in it on next Monday
