湯老師本週五晚間的book reading要我們先準備好：
1個case的4個functional limiations和所造成的disabilities
case是我的TBI病人
我列出我所觀察到的問題（不是病人自己陳訴的）
大家兩兩分成一組
把問題套進HOAC裡面去跑一遍
Four functional limitations as follows:
1. inability to sit still in an erect position
2. inability to change position from supine to sit
3. inability to transfer from bed to W/C or W/C to bed
4. inability to stand still without support 書帆 怡帆
以上四點所造成的disabilities請大家自由想像
因為很容易想 我就不多做說明了
若想提早了解 case 的 basic data 請從 msn 上跟我要 chart
他是每天早上11:00會來治療室
請大家本週盡早開始動工^^
