有沒有哪位強者知道
point of Lactate threshold
和 point of OBLA到底是不是同一點ㄚ???
好困惑喔
因為在pdf檔那份講義上第5頁 中間左邊那張圖上
可以發現
point of ventilatory threshold=point of Lactate threshold
但 point of OBLA是另一個點
可是再看到左下那張圖
point of OBLA又好像就是point of Lactate threshold耶?!
有沒有人知道呢
