VT（ventilatory threshold）和Lactate threshold不一定一樣
但是OBLA應該就是Lactate threshold
OBLA=onset of blood lactate accumulation
Lactate threshold定義就是，超過那個threshold，乳酸開始堆積
（應該說是堆積速率>分解速率）
所以應該是同一個點
我記得是這樣子
