Conoco Web Inc. is a startup company and seeking an experienced Product Manager
to lead the process for identifying a series of new products for the Global
E-Commerence Business which includes Conoco™ Brand products,including Lighting,
Home Automation, Home Improvement, Sports, Healthy Care,and Electric Consumer
products.
The Product Manager is able to grow with company by managing and leading new
products at international e-commerce platform. This individual will work with
multidisciplinary teams and suppliers through Conoco™'s New Product
Introduction Process.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Products Planing and Execution
-Generate new product ideas based on insights from market trend & opportunities
Identifies and develops new market/product opportunities and associated
go-to-market strategy in line with business goals
-Determines portfolio prioritization upon STP assessment and Identifies new
product needs, test innovative concepts and ideas
-Initiates new product process programs and sourcing potential domestic and
international solutions
Marketplace Analytics
-Executes new products involving market strategy, customer trends, pricing,
promotion, and on-line channel
Consumer Insights
-User feedback improvement plan to modify current and future new products,
including product quality, pricing suggestion, and new features request
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
-Minimum of two years of mixed experience at product management,engineering,
or related new product development
Preferred Qualifications
-MBA or Master’s degree in Project Management/Engineering preferred
-Strong project management skills and significant experience leading teams in
a brand company, implementing new products from concept to completion, using
metrics to drive continuous improvement
-Proven track record in the "fuzzy front end" of new product development
-Very strong communication, analytical and inter-personal skills
-Independent and strategic thinker able to make solid business decision
Travel: May include up to 10% travel, including Conoco US headquarter business
