[問題] Keep-Alive

節錄自 hw2.pdf：
In request message
  Connection: close
    Means non-persistent connection
  Connection: Keep-Alive
    Means persistent connection
    Server should keep the connection alive a default time(10s) and send
    back the Keep-Alive header
    Ex. Keep-Alive: timeout=10, max=100

請問要考慮 Keep-Alive: 出現在 request message 裡的情況嗎？還是只要 request
message 有 Connection: Keep-Alive 出現時， server 自行使用預設值
Keep-Alive: timeout=10, max=100 運作並在 response message 裡送回這個 header
line 就好？
