[問題] 請教方法專利的侵權判斷

就我所知，在進行侵權判斷前要先解讀專利申請範圍，

列出主要元件，次要元件，關係，步驟等以利之後的全要件判斷

問題一 請問每個步驟的句子是當成另外一個大元件看待嗎??
       (也就是說上列專利可視為有一個元件叫做method，
        其跟另外一個元件directing a xxxx 有consist of 的關係??)

問題二 判斷步驟是否相等時要考慮是何主體進行該步驟嗎?
       (就是說需要考慮是什麼主詞進行上列步驟的黃色動作嗎?)

抱歉小弟不是很了解，以上如有觀念錯誤，請多多指教XDXD

→ mattchenx:也就是說算步驟是從transition之後算起,之前是preamble
→ mattchenx:至於問題二,理論上步驟不需考慮進行的主體
