這五年之內每年至少要給一萬美金啊。怕如果賣不好，按比例收收太少吧XD

推 initial:我剛看契約授權範圍的部份，是指專利權有效期間
→ initial:那為何要付權利金的時間只有契約生效日的五年?
→ initial:意思是不是指:在整個授權的時間內(專利權有效期間)
→ initial:只有生效日後的五年需按照產品銷售淨售價來徵收權利金?
