標題[問題] 幾個名詞

常常看到以下幾個字
Patent ACT
Patent Rule
Patent Law
Patent Regulation
常常搞混 想上來請教一下先進上述各單字的差別
其中 又以law 跟act 跟 regulation 三詞的相對關係為最不明確
在美國 u.s.c. 開頭的是us patent law (專利法?)
那...us patent rule 就是台灣的專利施行細則囉? 是這樣嗎 (．＿．?)
