[問題] USPTO檢索語法

  最近在USPTO檢索時，遇到幾個問題
  1.鍵入("mos"or "metal oxide")這樣的語法，發現找出的專利，
    除了含『MOS』一詞，連『most』、『atmosphere』等詞的專利也一併找出。
  2.鍵入("oxide smiconductor")這樣的語法，發現居然找出內含
   『oxide, the smiconductor』一詞的專利
  想請問各位前輩：
  1.要輸入怎樣的語法才能只找出所在意之單字（ex. MOS）的專利？
  2."oxide smiconductor"這樣的語法，是否有誤？
    導致找出『oxide, the smiconductor』，我想精確地找『oxide smiconductor』詞
