San Antonio Spurs' Dell Demps emerges as frontrunner for New Orleans Hornets
general manager's job

San Antonio Spurs vice president of basketball operations Dell Demps has
emerged as the frontrunner for the vacant New Orleans Hornets general manager’
s job, league sources confirmed Saturday night.

消息指出馬刺的Dell Demps現在是黃蜂新GM人選呼聲較高的人選。

Demps is the only candidate to have met twice in Las Vegas since Thursday with
Hornets President Hugh Weber, who said Friday he is aiming to have a general
manager hired by the end of next week.

Demps是上星期四以來唯一兩次和Weber談過得人選，Weber當時說他下星期會敲定新GM。

 The Hornets are also considering Washington Wizards vice president of
basketball administration Tommy Sheppard, Former Portland Trail Blazers General
Manger Kevin Pritchard, former Portland Trail Blazers vice president of
basketball operations Tom Penn and Sacramento Kings assistant general manager
Jason Levien.

黃蜂同時也對巫師的Tommy Sheppard、前拓荒者的Kevin Pritchard、Tom Penn和國王的
Jason Levien等人選作考慮。

Demps, a former Spurs guard, has worked in their front office for the past five
seasons. He is also a candidate for the vacant Phoenix Suns general manager's
job.

Demps是前馬刺的後衛，他已經在馬刺的制服組服務五個球季了。同時他也是太陽GM的候選
名單之一。
