有一天Stoudemire跟他說，Penny給了他一點有關microfracture手術後返回球場的建議。
(microfracture不知道是什麼意思，
字根fracture有斷裂、撕裂的意思，推測是膝韌帶手術)
: Penny said something like "take your time, be patient with yourself and with
: the psychology of coming back."
Penny說了一些像是〝別急，對自己有點耐心並做好重回球場的心理準備。〞
: Mark then said he spoke with Penny earlier today. He continued by saying that
: scar tissue is forming in the back of his left knee (which is good) and Penny
: feels the best he has in 3 years. He finished by saying that Penny's been
: doing two-a-days in Miami and is working to get back in the league.
Mark之後提到今天稍早有和Penny聊過。他繼續說到手術後的疤痕是在膝蓋背面(很好？)
(這裡的Which is good我猜是因為傷口在背面較不影響膝蓋活動，比較好...)
以下不會翻XD 意思大概就是說Penny也在準備回到聯盟。

Walton對這消息滿驚訝的，然後就改變話題，講Penny有間很讚的房子在鳳凰城。
