Many factors are important in selecting a journal for coverage in our
products. Overall content, format, citation data, space limitations in our
products, and our present coverage of the discipline are but a few of the
guidelines used to evaluate a journal.

It is necessary for us to review a minimum of 3 on-time issues of a journal
to complete an evaluation. We need to review current issues as they are
published, rather than back issues, as in addition to allowing us a
comprehensive examination of the journal itself, they provide us with an
indication of the journal's adherence to its publication schedule, an
important criterion.
There is no charge for the evalution or for inclusion in our products. We do
request 2 complimentary subscriptions to a journal that is selected for
coverage, for processing purposes.
