[問題] 這是啥東東 ?

我收到一封很奇怪的 acceptance notification (如下所示, 很長)
但問題是

1. 我不記得有投稿到這個 journal
2. 這個通知裏完全都沒有任何 paper title

請問有人知道這是啥東東嗎 ?

Dear Author,

Congratulations! After a peer review of 2 independent qualified referees,
your paper submitted for possible publication in the WSEAS Transactions has
been ACCEPTED

This is an important disctinction, not only because only a few papers received
this publication, but because the WSEAS Journal participate in the most
prestigious international indexes: www.worldses.org/indexes

As you know and you have agreed when you uploaded your paper,
there exist Publication fees
(http://www.worldses.org/transactions/terms.htm  )
for you in order to cover a part of the cost of the publication.

It includes also delivery by secure and registered post of one copy of the
journal to you.

The Publication Fees have been determined by WSEAS Administrative council to
600 EUR (for more than 6 pages there is an extra fee per page, see the
attached file).

REVIEWERS' COMMENTS and FINAL CAMERA-READY VERSION OF YOUR PAPER:
For your accepted paper our Secretariat has now 2 reports from independent
reviewers. The reviewers' comments will help you to improve the quality of
the paper. In an attempt to decrease the work of our Secretariat,
these comments will be sent to you (by email) exactly after your Registration
(deposit of the Publication fees).

Deadline for Sending to the WSEAS the Publication Fees is November 30, 2006

In case that you do not intend to register, PLEASE, INFORM US.
It would be very polite and very kind as well as it would be correct academic

other author that has a paper marginally accepted in the Journal.
