附上某位教授對cover letter的意見
"In any case, a submission/cover letter has to be writen very strongly
emphasizing the importance and uniqueness."
"Usually the editors read carefully the cover letter to decide who the
reviewers should be."
以下是我的意見：
寫的清楚的cover letter事實上是幫助editor決定這篇文章該交由哪位專家審閱。
不要寫得太瑣碎，上限是一頁（多過一頁editor沒時間耐心看完），清楚，明瞭，
並讓讀者一下就能抓住關鍵字及本篇文章的重要貢獻即可。
下面（恬不知恥）的附上我的cover letter供大家參考XD
Dear Editor,
The submitted paper entitled “篇名” was prepared by 作者群, and me. This
article explored the XXX effect on XXX and it was found that XXX. The result
shows that 重要發現. Therefore, 結論.
This article is written in compliance with the author instructions suggested
by American Institute of Physics.（這句不用亦可） We would like to have it
considered for a possible publication in the Applied Physical Letters.
Your acknowledgment will be highly appreciated. Thank you very much.
