You can find the Call-for-Papers for this Special Issue at http://www.hindawi.com/journals/jnm/si/139415/cfp/ and the deadline for submission is December 5, 2014. The Special Issue is open to both original research articles as well as review articles. Manuscript Due Friday, 5 December 2014 First Round of Reviews Friday, 27 February 2015 Publication Date Friday, 24 April 2015 The major goal of this special issue is to provide a consolidated forum for research work related to advanced nanomaterial synthesis and crystal growth technology with functional nanomaterials for novel functionalization in up-to-date applications. We invite researchers to contribute their original research articles as well as review articles to join the ongoing efforts of understanding the nanooptoelectronics devices with nanomaterials. Papers related to advanced materials and structures are solicited, including (1) novel fabrication methods; (2) materials including functional oxides (II-VI nanomaterials) and III-V compounds with nitrides nanomaterials; (3) nanowires and nanoparticles; (4) self-assembly and nanoscale structures; (5) characterization; and (6) crystal growth technology.
