前言:
這是我跟我朋友一起推動的活動(我是台大哲學畢業的校友)
我們的目標是想把西方哲學介紹給對它有興趣或希望能深入去了解的人
過去有沒有接觸過哲學不是重點,重要的是你現在是否有興趣來接觸
我們的方式絕對與現今在台灣的各哲學系的教學方式不同
我們不是只讓你得到有關哲學的知識而已
我們是以英文為媒介,要訓練你用西方哲學的方式去思考
就像訓練你打籃球或彈鋼琴一般,
哲學思考,它是動態的活動且十分地吸引人,
它也是西方文明之所以能持續強大發展的秘密
一旦你學會它,你勢必可以比其他人更能掌握你自己的未來
我們這個星期六下午三點有first meeting

以下是詳細課程簡介:
Philosophy Program For Youth
Life is full of uncertainty. Any rational mind is facing
a challenge to make a series of decisions at each moment.
A philosophical approach serves as a tool to perceive
life's issues with clarity and rationality.
This program is designed to assist to build up conceptual
thinking models for those who are interested in pursuing
a meaning intellectual life.
COURSE OUTLINE:
Epistemology / Metaphysics / Logic
Philosophy of Language / Philosophy of Mind
AIMS:
To offer an analytical approach to review those main themes
in western philosophy.
To train minds to produce thoughts in words with clarity
and aesthetics.
To get acquainted with modern philosopher's works.
To present persuasive arguments coherently and consistently.
TARGET PARTICIPANTS
Philosophy Majors are the focus of this program.
Other majors are welcome.
