Enjoy reading Chinese classics? Then come read Lun yu and Mengzi with me.
Four to five students wanted to read the Library of Chinese Classics,
Chinese-English bilingual editions together. In two one-hour sessions per week,
we will exchange ideas and read from selected passages, and listen
and respond to short (10-15 minute) presentations by me.
My name is Jesse Field, and I am a native English-speaker with some knowledge
of Chinese. A graduate of Harvard University,
I am a graduate student at the University of Texas, Austin,
now studying Chinese at ShiDa.
