[題目]for the dipole consists of two equal and opposite charges +-q separated
by a distance d.expand 1/η+- to order (d/r)^3 and use this to determine the
quadrupole and octopole terms in the potential.


[瓶頸]  不知道什麼意義？？？
是說dipole 也可以用多極展開來表示嗎？？？？                           (寫寫自己的想法，方便大家為你解答)
