真有趣，在英文板會看到斷詞斷錯的問題，這裡居然也會看到。

簡單地說，

root mean square = sqrt( ( x + x + ... + x ) / n )

arithmetic mean = ( x + x + ... + x ) / n
1 2 n

至於方均根的意義，和算術平均有何不同，這就比較深奧了 @@
