NT 2nd Law真正的內容是這樣的
F = d( mv ) / dt
也就是說公式的右邊應該是線動量的時變率才對
至於那個大家都很熟的F = ma
則是假設系統質量不會有變化的特例情形進行化簡而來
F = d( mv ) / dt = m * ( dv / dt ) = m * a
所以必須要確定系統質量不會變化時才能使用F = ma
但一般遇到的問題系統質量都不會有變化
因此F = ma大家也都用的很高興而不會出錯（汗）
需要做到系統質量會變化的請參閱變質量系統或是流體力學
這個動力學課本裡面絕對有
但好像通常都是打星號直接跳過不上（汗）
