[題目] fermi level & chemical potential

我在WIKI找關於chemical potential的資料，複雜的要命

據說 chemical potential = fermi level (fermi-dirac distribution內的)

有沒有板友能大概說明一下為什麼呢 ??

→ chungweitw:當然, 你可以把 semiconductor 裡面的 chemical
→ chungweitw:potential 稱呼為 Fermi level. 事實上, 做半導體的人
