[題目]U(x)=kx^2/2+A*exp(-ax^2) where k,A,a are constant
      Suppose a particle of mass m moving with this potential
      energy has a velocity v when its position is x=a, Show
      that the particle doesn't pass through the origin unless
      A≦mv^2+ka^2/2{1-exp(-ax^2)}
