[問題] 解題目不曉得哪裡單位搞錯

【出處：半導體老師給的題目


【題目】Mobility(u) is define as:Vd=uE, where Vd is drift velocity and E
        is electric field. prove that u has the same unit as q(Tau)/m*
(我不曉得Tau要怎麼在這打), where q is electronic charge,(Tau)is mean free
time, and m* is effective mass


【瓶頸】老師只給了答案u單位是cm^2/V*s，這邊的話我用Vd=uE能算出來
        但用q(Tau)/m*就無法
        q單位是C，Tau是s，m*是g，這樣算出來是(C*s)/g
        實在不知道是哪裡錯了，查了wiki單位應該沒錯
