    You may be glad to say goodbye to September, for the
last week was a tense one for many people. For you, dear
Pisces, finances were causing the tension, and you may have
had an unexpected, shocking setback during September's last
week, perhaps stemming from someone you thought you could
trust. Uranus opposed the Sun on September 25, so the news
may have come out then.

　　妳或許會很高興終於能跟九月說再見，因為上個禮拜對妳們之中
許多人來說實在不太好過。對妳而言，親愛的魚兒們，妳在財務上感
到支絀，而且在九月的最後一周，可能有一個驚人的意外挫折降臨在
妳身上，而且這挫折是來自妳所信任的某個人。天王星在九月25日時
跟太陽相沖，所以這個消息應該是在那時爆發開來的。

    The new moon, two days later, September 27, didn't make
things any easier. With a packed eighth house of "other
people's money," including the Sun, new moon in Libra 4
degrees, Venus, Mercury, and Saturn - you may have felt
that you could not seem to get away from the topic of
money, no matter how much you may have tried. September 29
brought more tensions, for Venus met with Saturn then, and
Saturn, being the tough love planet, put a wet blanket over
usually cheerful Venus. It looked like the end of September
was just chockfull of bad news about money.

關「他人財物」的宮位，包括太陽、發生在天秤座４°的新月、金星
、水星、還有土星－妳會發現不管妳再怎麼努力嘗試，妳似乎就是擺
脫不了有關金錢的話題。九月29日的消息讓妳更顯侷促，因為那天金
星與土星相會，而土星，做為一個總是粗魯表達的行星，給總是欣喜
雀躍的金星蓋上了一條濕毯子。看起來整個九月下旬就是完完全全塞
滿了跟錢有關的壞消息。

    The new moon on September 27 will still exert somewhat
of an influence in October but only during the first half.
This time, however, you will have help, for Saturn doesn't
just create problems, but opens the door for solutions,
too. During early October, you will have a sterling
opportunity to save money by getting a bargain or to get
more value for the money you do spend. For example, you may
have a look at your retirement account and make changes, or
decide to save on certain services you pay for on a regular
basis like your telephone or cable provider. You may
reassess your insurance needs, or you may renegotiate
contracts that no longer benefit you to the extent you feel
they should.

　　九月27日的新月仍將會在十月發揮一些影響力，不過只有上半個
月。儘管如此，這一回妳將會得到協助，因為土星並不是只會製造問
題，祂也會為妳打開解決問題的門戶。在十月上旬，妳將會透過獲得
一個合約，或是從妳的必須開銷中獲取更多價值，來得到一個很有價
值的機會幫妳節流。舉例來說，妳可能會去檢視妳的退休金帳目並做
出修改，或是決定在一些妳定期付款的既存服務上，例如電話費或是
有線電視費，來減少開銷。妳可能會重新評估妳的保險需求，或是重
談契約，將那些妳覺得已不再讓妳受益的保險單變得符合妳的需要。

    Look at your expenses and debts to find ways to repay,
rebuild, or reorganize your financial picture from the
bottom up. You may have little choice, say, if you are hit
by a big expense in October (possible), or have a shortfall
of cash when you hear money you thought was coming will
come late, or not come at all. (I hope this does not apply
to you.) Those so-called setbacks may actually be blessings
in disguise, however, if they set you on a better course
for the future.

　　徹底檢視妳的開銷以及債務，從中找出方法來償還、重建或重組
妳的財務現景。嗯，妳可能沒有太多選擇，如果妳在十月時被天上掉
下來的龐大支出給砸到（還蠻有可能的），或是在現金短缺的情況下
接到消息說妳期待會入的那筆款項將會有所延誤，或甚至不會來了（
我希望這不會發生在妳身上）。但是，假使它們讓妳能夠走上一個對
未來更好的路途的話，這些所謂的挫折實際上可能是種變相的祝福。

    Taxes in particular may need tending, so see if there
is a way to streamline your recordkeeping of receipts. Look
at ways to make your ledger entries more efficient - your
accountant can be helpful here. If you need a new
bookkeeper, you can find professional bookkeeping
organizations online that can recommend various qualified
people for you to interview. You may be eligible for legal
deductions to your taxes that you don't know about and can
take advantage of once your books are in good order.

　　稅款會是妳特別需要注意的，所以找找是否有方法能讓妳的收據
不要一下子蜂擁而入。試著找出方法讓妳的帳簿條目能更有效率一點
－妳的出納將會對妳很有幫助。如果你需要一個新的會計人員，妳可
以透過網路找到一些專業的會計組織來提供妳各種符合資格的會計人
員讓妳面試。妳的稅單裡可能有些會是妳擁有法定扣除額而妳卻不知
道的，而且用適當的排序來管理妳的帳冊對妳也是有好無壞。
