A tough lesson you learned recently may have left you feeling angry and
resentful. Even though you may recognize that you gained important and
perhaps even essential knowledge from it, you still feel as though you have
been cheated somehow. If you keep carrying that animosity forward, though,
you will never fully benefit from what you have been through. Let go of the
anger and resentment you feel about whatever you think you lost; and place
your focus instead on what have gained - there's a lot more of that.
